Innov8 2024 Round-up
What a year it’s been! 2024 has proven to be our most exciting and successful year to date. We’ve achieved so much over the course of twelve short months, and it’s only fitting to dedicate our final InnForm of 2024 to some of the most memorable milestones this year has brought us.
Acquisitive Growth
This year, Innov8 has gone from strength to strength. We acquired two exceptional businesses – Acorn Business Management Systems and Century Software. These acquisitions aligned perfectly with our strategic goals, enabling us to expand geographically into Ireland and Birmingham while further enhancing the Innov8 brand in the Sage ecosystem.
In addition to broadening our reach, we were fortunate to welcome incredible talent from both businesses. Their enthusiasm and alignment with our Getting Further Faster mission have been nothing short of inspiring.
Acquisitions are rarely easy, and the post-acquisition period can be equally challenging. Thankfully, the teams at Acorn and Century have been a dream to work with, embracing the transition with openness and enthusiasm.
Partnerships, Sponsorships, Fundraising, and Events
At Innov8, relationships are at the heart of what we do. This year, we proudly reaffirmed our sponsorship of the Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey team and embarked on an exciting new three-year sponsorship of Bradbury House at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys.
2024 was also a remarkable year for giving back. In June, our team took on the gruelling 12k Total Warrior challenge alongside Sage Foundation to support Veterans at Ease. Together, we raised an incredible £5,114, with our five Innov8 Warriors contributing £1,050 to that total.
We capped off the year with our biggest and best Innov8 Insights LIVE event in November. With invaluable support from partners such as Sage, Phocas, Reality Finance, Sicon, and many more, the event delivered unparalleled insights and provided a dynamic platform for partners to showcase their solutions through engaging silent seminars.
Our People
Our people are the heart and soul of Innov8. This year, we’ve welcomed new talent across multiple departments, each bringing unique skills and perspectives that have further strengthened our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Problem solvers, curious minds, and critical thinkers – it’s this collective brilliance that sets Innov8 apart.
Launching New Products
2024 saw the launch of Agile by Innov8, a game-changing solution designed to help organisations seamlessly migrate from Sage 50 to Sage Intacct. As the only Sage Partner in the UK to offer this innovative solution, we’re proud to lead the way in simplifying a critical transition for businesses.
We also unveiled the i8CRM add-ons for Sage CRM – a suite of powerful enhancements that go beyond standard features, providing businesses with advanced tools to streamline processes and unlock new functionality.
Awards
This year, Innov8 was honoured to receive the Top EMEA Intacct VAR YoY Growth award. This prestigious accolade, which spans all Sage regions outside of North America, is a testament to the dedication and hard work of #TeamInnov8 throughout FY24. It’s a reflection of the passion, commitment, and excellence that drive us every day.
We also won UKI Sage Innovation Partner of the Year – 2024.
Adding to this success, we’ve been invited to the exclusive Sage Platinum Elite event in Tromsø, Norway, in March 2025. Being recognised among Sage’s top-performing global partners is an achievement we’re immensely proud of.
