Sage 200 Web User Promotion ended & Web User Usage

Within Sage 200 over the last few years the delivery of Web Screens has grown & evolved, in turn Sage introduced a promotion for customers on Sage 200 2021 R1 or higher to receive 5 free Web Users.

The additional licences were automatically added as part of the promotion to your licence and this week have been removed in the same manner, this was effective from 01 August 2023.

Where additional Web Users are required – as these have been adopted and embraced, we can reactivate access, but please let us know so it can be discussed and arranged.

To shed some light on the usage of Web Users, Web Screens functionality exists for: Web Portal; Self Service web app for workspaces and reports; Web timesheets and expenses (WTE); Authorise purchase orders via web browser.

Soon Sage will be releasing new customisation capabilities, where Web Screens can be designed/extended too.
