Falcon Sportswear is a family-owned and run B2B sportswear distributor based in Bingley, West Yorkshire. Founded in 1975, the company has built over 40 years of expertise in supplying school and team apparel. Executive Summary
When Falcon Sportswear moved into new, larger premises in Bradford in 2018, they began to also review their business systems and discovered their legacy system simply couldn’t keep pace. Whilst it was suitable for them historically, with ambitious growth plans and the fact the system was provided by a small bespoke software business – they felt the solution was now becoming a liability: reporting took too long to run, invoicing was still done very manually and Excel workarounds proliferated across the business.
