Formkraft had been a long-standing customer through the Wharncliffe Business Systems (WBS) business, primarily using Sage and CRM solutions. However, challenges began to build, especially with their wider IT provision, as well as ensuring they continued to maximise the benefit from their existing Sage solutions. Following Innov8’s acquisition, Formkraft made the strategic decision to consolidate all IT and software under the Innov8 umbrella – as well as regularly plan in partnership with Innov8 their IT strategy.

Regular reviews and forward-looking discussions with the Innov8 team have replaced reactive decisions, helping to build a clearer roadmap for IT investment. Consolidating agreements has provided better control and transparency around IT spend too.

Taking a more proactive approach to Business IT has meant Formkraft now are on the leading edge of IT in their industry, using it to enable productivity and customer service, for example with a new CRM quoting tool that is integrated to create back-to-back orders, meaning customers have their orders fulfilled quicker – whilst the Sales team can process accurate information and have all the insight readily available.
