Festive Opening Hours 2025
As the festive season approaches, we want to inform you about changes to our business opening hours, including Support Helpdesk operations during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
We will be closed on the following UK & Ireland bank holidays:
- Thursday 25th December 2025 (Christmas Day)
- Friday 26th December 2025 (Boxing Day/St Stephens Day)
- Thursday 1st January 2026 (New Year’s Day)
Support operations will resume as normal on the working days following these bank holidays.
Customers with out-of-hours support are not affected by these closures and should contact the usual out-of-hours number for assistance.
If you do not currently have out-of-hours cover but require it over the holiday period, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
We kindly request that any out-of-hours support requests during the festive season are for business-critical issues only.
You may continue to log ‘business as usual’ cases via email and the online portal. These will be addressed when normal operations resume.
Please note we will have a skeleton staff within the business across departments during the festive period. As of Friday 2nd January 2026 – we will return to full ‘business as usual’ operations.
